Standard Image Scanning Types

35mm Slide

35mm slides are usually 24 mm wide, between the perforations. The full size of the image is 24×36 mm.

You can take about 36 photos on a roll of 35mm film.

126 (28x28mm) Slide

Number of 126 Slides: Submit this form

In 1963 Kodak redesigned their 126 slide film. The width of the film is the same as 35mm but it has only one registration hole per image.

The cartridge is made up of two spools encased in plastic. The film was available in 12 or 24 images per spool.
